How it works: SIROLL ®
SIROLL ® is the innovative embossing cylinder consisting of a steel core covered with a silicone rubber jacket that reproduces an engraving, which is transferred to the material in all its characteristics and surface finishes.
Duration: SIROLL ®produces between 50,000 and 80,000 (and more) mt. of embossed material, depending on the type of design and conditions of use and maintenance of the roller.
Advantages: SIROLL ® allows you to eliminate the coating when worn, replacing the silicone jacket with the same design, or with a new engraving.
Applications: SIROLL ® is ideal for many manufacturing sectors, with high-quality results in the embossing of PVC, PU-PVC.
