January 2026 – Euroincis Srl acquires Roll Platex Srl's embossing roller engraving business unit
Euroincis Srl announces the acquisition of Roll Platex Srl's business unit dedicated to embossing roller engraving. This marks the establishment of the Roll Platex Division of Euroincis.
Manufacturing operations will continue at the original site in Cavenago Brianza (MB), Via A.B. Sabin 12, where laser engraving of embossing rollers – through laser-assisted photo-engraving and direct laser engraving – and graphic processing will be carried out.
25 years of partnership
The relationship between the two companies began approximately 25 years ago, when Euroincis turned to Roll Platex to expand its product offering. The collaboration quickly proved to be close and productive, thanks to complementary technical expertise and a strong synergy between the two companies.
The combination of advanced laser technology and Euroincis' heritage in traditional knurling wheel embossing has created an unprecedented union, delivering solutions of the highest technical and professional standards.
